Leicester College to offer free training workshops to employers

A  series of free training workshops are on offer to employers in Leicester  and Leicestershire on topics from Conflict Management to Employment  Law.

Leicester College will host the  programme of free workshops due to the demand for information and  training relevant to small to medium sized businesses.  Taking place on  Thursday 25 November 2010, the workshops will give attendees valuable  industry updates and a taster of the training on offer at Leicester  College.

The topics covered during the hour  long sessions will include Conflict Management, Employment Law and  Health and Safety.  All visitors will be offered a tour of Leicester  College’s training facilities and information about the range of  training offered to employers both on site and in the workplace.

The programme  is as follows:
Health and Safety – Granby Suite, Freemen’s Park  Campus
8am                             Tea/coffee and continental  breakfast
8.30 – 9.40am             Welcome and workshop
10am                            Tour of training facilities

Employment Law  – Room 0.04, St Margaret’s Campus
11am                            Welcome and workshop
12.10pm                      Networking lunch
12.30pm                       Tour of training facilities

Conflict  Management – Room 1.34, Abbey Park Campus
4pm                              Welcome and workshop
5.10pm                        Early evening  buffet
