Leicester College learners to celebrate their talents

Leicester College will play host to a number of show stopping performances, exhibitions and activities throughout May and June.  Some of the highlights of this year’s programme include the Musical Theatre production, ‘’Hairspray”, a performance of the classic play, “Lord of the Flies”, and a rendition of Moliere’s great social tragicomedy, “The Misanthrope”.

Every year learners put on a number of shows and exhibitions at venues across the city showcasing their work during the year, and highlighting the huge amount of talent that exists within the College.

The events cover all the creative arts, including music, drama, photography, dance, art and design, hairdressing, fashion and footwear shows to name just a few.  One of the biggest shows will be the Runway Fashion, Footwear and Textiles show being held at The Guildhall on 15 June at 7pm.
