The industry-standard facilities in our Print department at Leicester College are used by some of the biggest organisations in industry to fulfil commercial projects, including: The Ministry of Defence, Canon Europe and St Ives plc.
The College has had £1.5 million of investment and sponsorship from industry partners including Canon, Xerox, Duplo, Agfa, Highwater, Stehlin Hostag and Heidelberg. Ofsted inspectors have been impressed too, stating the College has “outstanding resources” at St Margaret’s Campus, where the Print department is housed. As a learner you will use those state-of-the-art facilities, which are matched by the standard of expertise and teaching of the staff.
Leicester College has also been accredited by The National Skills Academy for Materials Production and Supply: This means the College has met very high standards set by The Academy for the delivery of training services to the sector and has clearly showed its commitment in providing training that meets the needs of the industry.
