The Art and Design department has a great reputation for its high standard of teaching. Recently, four of our A level learners achieved outstanding grades, all gaining one of the top five marks across the UK in their subject.

In addition to the teaching, guidance and support to help you succeed, we have the latest technology, including new art rooms designed specifically to enhance the natural light.

You will be able to develop your practical skills while studying a full range of creative disciplines including; 3D design, art and design, ceramics, graphic design, jewellery, printing and textiles. There are end-of-year shows at many different venues in Leicester, and there are also constantly changing displays throughout the College where you can exhibit your work.
