Pre-school Learning Alliance

Working within care, childcare and counselling is rewarding and challenging and if you have the right qualities, a job in these areas can offer a fulfiling career. There are many opportunities to develop your skills and experience and you can make a positive difference to the lives of many families.

We offer a wide variety of both full and part-time courses from vocational and non-vocational to professional HNC/HND level qualifications. All childcare learners, on successful completion of an NVQ level 2 course or above, will achieve a professional qualification which will enable progression into employment or further training.

The College has its own nurseries for both work experience and childcare provision. Learners are able to use these facilities for childcare whilst studying, however, demand is high so you are encouraged to apply early.
