Jhouie Cruz - Apprenticeship in Hospitality
Jhouie worked at the Hyatt Hotel in London as a commi chef, but wanted to get more knowledge about cooking and learn more techniques.
He took a Level 2 Food and Cookery course, and in gaining more confidence in doing his job, he has now started an Apprenticeship in Hospitality at Leicester College whilst working at Ragdale Hall.
Jhouie said: "The course has given me more confidence to work with chefs. I’d like to go on to run my own restaurant and share my knowledge with others."
