People at work, both employees and customers, can suffer injury and sudden illness. It is first and foremost the employer who needs to deal with these emergencies, so having qualified first aiders is essential.
The person, or people, responsible for first aid on your premises should have a current First Aid at Work Certificate. Employees working at Kettering Swimming Pool completed in-house first aid training delivered by Leicester College.
Mat Tilley, Senior Duty Manager, said:

“The training was very good. The tutor’s positive approach was key to ensuring that the training was completed successfully.
