Kayleigh Scott - GCSE Chemistry
Kayleigh originally took qualifications in Art and Design, having started studying a Degree in Fine Art. But, she realised that it wasn’t for her and that she wanted to start afresh in the sciences. This led to Kayleigh enrolling at Leicester College to take gain a GCSE qualification in Chemistry.
Kayleigh now wants to progress to take A/S level qualifications in Chemistry, Maths and Biology, and then a degree in one of the sciences so she can go on to start a career in medicine or pathology.
She said: "To work in the field I want to be in, you really need to know your stuff about the sciences. Now I’ve gained a good grade in my GCSE, I can start learning more about this area."
