Christine Johnson - Access to Higher Education Diploma: ScienceChristine Johnson studied for a degree in Music after school, before working as an account manager for British Telecom and then running her own business in the health and well-being sector for five years. After starting a family, Christine decided she wanted a change of career so she enrolled on the Access to Science course at Leicester College. Christine said: "I've always been interested in being healthy and active and want a job that involves caring for people. With two children, I also now need more flexibility." "The quality of the teaching has been excellent and flexibility of the course meant I could slot in my studying with other commitments." Christine has a place at Coventry University based at Leicester University studying Physiotherapy and hopes to run her own practice when she is qualified.
