Karl Goodwin - HNC in Mechanical Engineering

Karl studied the HNC in Mechanical Engineering to further his engineering training. Although he knew he had the mechanical skills, he thought an educational background would help him secure jobs and progress further within the industry.

He said: "The course gave me the confidence in my abilities to aim higher. As a result of taking the course, I've been given a great opportunity in a larger company, which will improve my engineering ability and open up further opportunities for me in more senior roles.
