Stephanie Horn - NVQ level 3 Digital Artwork for Pre-press

Stephanie works in the reprographics department for a magazine publishing company touching up images and preparing magazines ready for print. But she felt her skills were restricted to those she used on a daily basis.

One of her colleagues was doing the NVQ in Digital Artwork for Pre-press at Leicester College and the course content interested her, so when she was offered the chance to do it she took the opportunity. Shortly after completing the course, Stephanie was given a promotion at work and now wants to use these skills to help out in other creative departments in the company.

Stephanie said: "I feel the course was of great benefit to me. It helped me to understand the industry further, as well as teaching me new things."
