Training Quality Standard

Leicester College has achieved certification in the Training Quality Standard (TQS), formally recognising it as one of the best organisations in the country for delivering training to employers.

The Training Quality Standard is an assessment framework and certification process developed by the Learning and Skills Council to recognise and celebrate the best organisations delivering training and development solutions to employers.

This Standard highlights high quality, high impact training, by looking at the organisation’s responsiveness, flexibility, expertise and commitment to continuous improvement. It is tough to achieve with certification involving a rigorous assessment to become a certified provider.
