Cost of StudyFeedback
Fees are charged according to level of the course you are accepted on. Tuition fees for 2013/2014 range between £4,500 and £7,950 for one academic year.
There may also be other costs related to your studies such as exam fees, a registration fee for external agencies, materials etc. These could be up to £500 for some courses. It is advisable that you keep this in mind when arranging your finances. In addition to this you will need money to pay for your living expenses (maintenance cost) such as food, clothing, bills etc.
To comply with immigration rules you should have £7,200 ( £800 per month for 9 months) to live in Leicester to meet maintenance requirements if you do not have established presence in the UK.
You will be entitled to £500 discount if your fees are paid in full before or at enrolment.
To help you plan your budget you can try the following online tool: international.studentcalculator.org.uk.
You will pay the same amount of fees for the second year of the same course if your initial course is for two years. However, new fees will be applicable if you are applying for a new course in the following year.
Payments can be made by banker’s draft or cheque (in pound sterling) made payable to LEICESTER COLLEGE, or by electronic bank transfer to our bank account. Please note that any bank charges made by the bank during this process are payable by the student.
The deposit is only refundable if you have failed to get a student visa. You will need to send us the original visa refusal letter issued by the British Embassy/Consulate before we can refund your money. We will keep £250 to cover the administration costs and refund the remainder.
